| Normal Flow: | 1.Check whether the proposed time is empty for each participant. 2. If empty, allocate the time for meeting for each participant. 3.If not empty, SMM will shift the time to find an amtpy slot for each participant. 4. Identify and list slots that are clashing with 1 or 2 attendees' already accepted meetings during the shifting process. |
