| Normal Flow: | 1.Get the TYPE of the meeting. 2.Get the duration of the meeting 3.Get the location of each attendee. 4.Book a teleconference or video conference line for the out-of-office attendees. 5.Search previous meeting rooms attached for this type of meeting and duration. |

OK! You seem to be doing what you described in answer to Q3 (I think). This is OK, but you need to be careful about breaking the scenario up too much, because it could become tedious to read and follow when you attach a new scenario to each event.
