The most important user class for SMM is the users who are actively using SMM to organise and accept the meetings called End User. The characteristics for each user class are:
EditEnd User
These are users who are actively using SMM to organise and accept the meetings and reminders. End User will arrange the meetings or get information about the meetings. We need to make sure the satisfaction of this user class.
EditAdministrator
Administrators are the users who are responsible to add, remove users to the SMM system through an administrator panel. They will also initialise the system by loading the room, equipment information.
Administrator will take care of the tasks below:
- Adding/Updating/Deleting users
- Adding/Updating/Deleting resources
- Maintaining the system
- Installation/Distribution
- MeetingAttendees
- Meeting Participant will interact with the system by answering to the meeting requests that they've got it.
EditMeeting Organiser
Meeting manager is the one who creates the meeting request in the first place.
EditSMM
SMM itself is a user in the system with its learning capability and making decisions based on the user criterion. SMM will shift the time for a meeting, make a decision to send whether a link or attached document, define the quorum, book the room and equipments necessary, send the minutes after the meeting etc.
